Compton, California-based manufacturer Diamond Mattress has acquired Royal Sleep Products in Fort Worth, Texas.
The addition of 35-year-old Royal Sleep gives Diamond another 60,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution capacity, and the ability to offer faster shipping to an expanding customer base in the central and southern United States, a news release said.
“We are grateful to be able to do this with a great company like Royal Sleep,” said Shaun Pennington, Diamond president.
Royal Sleep manufactures futons and a wide range of innerspring and specialty mattresses.
