Luxury mattress producer E.S. Kluft & Co., based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, has named Alain Rauh acting chief executive officer while the company searches for a replacement for David Binke.
Binke left the company to join King Koil as CEO.
Rauh is head of the international division of The Flex Group, parent company of E.S. Kluft & Co., with headquarters in Madrid. He led the Flex team that navigated the acquisition of Kluft in 2015.
“We have a very strong leadership team that has worked closely together for many years, and a proven business plan that has benefitted our customers, suppliers and employees,” Rauh said. “This transition should really be quite seamless.”
